Volunteer Orientation: Thursday, August 7th 2025
Volunteer Orientation Night will happen at Maples Collegiate
Orientation Night is MANDATORY for all Ukraine Kyiv Pavilion Volunteers.
The Orientation Night will be scheduled to occur in two main parts:
A. Group Orientation in the School Gym 7:00pm-7:30pm
B. Specific Area Orientation 7:30pm 8:00pm

We’re thrilled to announce that the Ukraine Kyiv Pavilion is officially confirmed for August 2026!
After the incredible success of 2025, we’re returning with a focus on what makes our Ukrainian Cuisine unique and an expanded focus on the Yarmarok -Farmers Market—bigger than ever to meet the demand from last year.
We can’t wait to welcome you back for another vibrant Folklorama Festival experience!
