Volunteer Orientation: Thursday, August 7th 2025
Volunteer Orientation Night will happen at Maples Collegiate
Orientation Night is MANDATORY for all Ukraine Kyiv Pavilion Volunteers.
The Orientation Night will be scheduled to occur in two main parts:
A. Group Orientation in the School Gym 7:00pm-7:30pm
B. Specific Area Orientation 7:30pm 8:00pm

This year, we're excited to introduce our very first YARMAROK (Ukrainian-style Farmers Market) in the Marketplace area!
Come be part of this vibrant new addition and help us offer our guests a true Yarmarok experience — filled with Handcrafted Items, Cultural / Ukrainian-themed Goods and Foods!
Whether you're a vendor of authentic Ukrainian goods or a visitor looking to immerse yourself in culture, food, and tradition — this is where the spirit of the village meets the joy of the festival!
